Guidance from Mr Marly Boy:

Use Foyer Bookings for Client Studio Tours. Don't make your bookings reserved, Marly will confirm each booking by changing it to a reservation booking (purple). When you add a new entry, List it as the clients name. For course code: put engineers name, for description, include deposit amount or label no deposit, as well as full contact details and email address of client and any other project reminders. Set the date and time. Leave type as internal always. Ignore repeats etc. Ignore error that occurs after placing booking (i'll fix this soon), just press back 3 times in your browser to view your new booking. I will then check it, confirm by reserving it, and email you the confirmation. Soon this will all work automatically, with the program sending out email confirmations etc. Currently there is a bug, cause its set to the conservatorium rulings still. Toot...
